15 degree wedge for a Clearly Superior Technologies (CST) / X-Keys trackball. Designed for the L-Trac but should work just as well with the O-Trac. Tested and working great for me! There's improvements to be made -- the notch supports in the front could offer a bit more support. The sides could extend down to the notch supports.
