Deodorant Spray Can - Assistive Device
thingiverse
Hi, this is a simple attachment designed to apply pressure on the top of a deodorant tube. I based it on the Spray Can Pole Extension project at Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:190016). My goal was to create an assistive tool for my dad, who suffers from Arthritis and struggles to press the button with his index finger, so I decided to design this device. Print Settings: Printer: Movitech Rafts: Not required Supports: Not necessary Resolution: Low Notes: Layer Height = 0.26mm; Shell Thickness = 0.8mm; Fill Density = 85% (Knob, Socket Knob, Frame and Trigger Knob); Fill Density = 100% (Socket and Trigger); Printer Speed = 40mm/s; Printer Temperature = 210 C Post-Printing: You'll need nuts and bolts to assemble the device, as shown in the images.
