You need two distinct brackets for installing the Denver Action CAM (8030-W) on a helmet. One bracket measures 175mm along its axle, 150mm in width. The other bracket has a different setup, measuring 150mm along its axle, 125mm wide. To ensure a secure hold with double-sided tape, print first, then use sandpaper to roughen the underside of each bracket. Sanding will create a stronger adhesive bond. Choose the correct bracket that matches your helmet's measurements. Printer Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 50% Notes: To prepare, ABS Filament was chosen. The Skirt feature was set to 15 lines and the support height is two layers. Follow the printed images for detailed instructions. Cut off the bottom corners after printing to remove excess material. Remove any remaining supports to create a smooth surface. Finish by using sandpaper to smoothen out any curved surfaces, resulting in a complete installation.
