In just a few hours, my robotics team (Team #4506 PioNerds) explored FreeCAD during the off-season to design a mini robot controlled by Denso throttle motors. The 3D printed gearbox, made of ABS, is one-piece and requires 6 bearings per unit. Currently, the motor is secured using glue or press-fit, while 624-ZZ or 624-2RS ball bearings are used.
