Denon AH-D1100 Headphones - Earcup brackets with screw-less locking mechanism
thingiverse
These high-end headphones delivers very pleasant bass tones with incredibly detailed highs. Unfortunately, the earcup brackets are constructed from subpar plastic material. My colleague's pair was severely damaged while he was enjoying music, so I decided to create a new, more durable design using 3D printing. Instructions To import STL files into Slicer: Import Denon_AHD1100_headphones_earcup_fork_right.stl and position it on the bed as is. This will be the right side earcup bracket. Import the same file for the second time or duplicate the previous object, then mirror it along the X-axis. Import Denon_AHD1100_headphones_earcup_fork_lock.stl and place 2-3 spares on the bed. Support Generation Add support bars under the two ends of each earcup bracket (4.5mm pins that would go into the earcup sidewall holes). Add support to the middle of the 4mm hole where the metal pin of the head-rest goes in.
