Model Info: At full scale, this wakizashi model is about 28 inches long. This model has been designed so that a piece of 3/16th inch rod can be inserted to reinforce the blade. You will need 23 inches of rod total. The scabbard has been designed with some additional room on the inside so that the inside edges can be lined with fabric to protect the blade as it slides in and out. The model's handle has been left bare so that a traditional ito wrap can be added as seen in the anime and manga. The file set comes with both the full pieces, and the pieces cut for printing on smaller printers.
