I downloaded a skull from somewhere (apologies for not recalling the source), then all I had to do was slice the back at the desired angle and create a hole for a magnet. Since then, I've updated it by adding cut-off horns as pen/pencil holders and a pentagram that gives it a nice character. Next up, I'm planning to print it on my Prusa Black with metal flakes.
