To demonstrate meshing and turning gears, I modified http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3575 for a small show, giving away parts freshly printed. Adjust clearances for smooth assembly; place beveled gear side down on shaft. Apologies for the disorganized OpenSCAD code – time constraints during show prep left it unpolished. The STL file is large, leading to lengthy skeinforge processing times.
