This is my first custom-built CoreXY printer. ___________ Specifications ========== * Frame: 2020 aluminum profile (20x20 and 20x40, European Standard, V-Slot) * Controller: DuetWifi + Duex5 (www.duet3d.com) * Hot End: Kraken (4-nozzle, liquid-cooled) * Linear Rails: MGN12 rails with MGN12H bearing blocks * Stepper Motors: 42BYGH (4 lead Nema17) * Lead Screws: T8 * Bed Connection: KD516 magnetic ball joint (permits independent movement of the three Z motors without binding) * Build Volume (x,y,z): 330mm x 376mm x 335mm (13" x 14.8" x 13.19") * Outside Dimensions (x,y,z): 559mm x 559mm x 711mm (22" x 22" x 28") __________ notes ===== * Belt clamp: there are two horizontal holes, where you can put two M3x45 screws/washers/bolts to reinforce the clamp. To hold the belts, loop them in the holder and insert a M5 screw; no nut or washer is needed. * Rear bed bracket: same as other brackets; attach support plate with M3x30 screws, washers, and nuts * FSR (Force Sensing Resistor): enclosure - if you glue fiber optic or translucent filament in each of four small holes (of the cover), it will be easier to see status LEDs.
