Here's a small handle that can help make your cabinets stand out more. Hole spacing is approximately 63mm (2.5"). I printed two different versions: one in one piece using a 1mm nozzle and another in two pieces with a 0.5mm nozzle. Both are made of white PLA. The two-piece version was glued together with cyanoacrylate (super glue). The mounting screws (#8) just screw directly into the plastic without any issues. I initially worried that the screws would split apart the 2-piece handle, but any splitting has been localized and the handle has held up for over a month of use. Update... Well, the 2-piece handle finally became too loose to hold onto the screws. Given this, I'd recommend using either a stronger adhesive or just printing the 1-piece design. Print Settings Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC Printer: Rostock MAX Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 to 0.5mm Infill: You're in charge! Notes: The "low res" single-piece version was printed with a 1mm nozzle and 0.5mm layer height. The orientation for this print has the screw hole openings facing down onto the bed (as modeled in "small_door_handle_1.stl"). I printed without support, which left some artifacts in the overhangs. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. The "high res" two-piece version was printed with a 0.5mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. The orientation is standard: flat faces down on the bed. The "half models" are mirror-image identical. Post-Printing Clean the mating surfaces of the 2-piece design, then bond them together with cyanoacrylate.
