All you need to make this work is a pack of 25mm M3 screws and nuts which should be simple to find locally. You'll need six screws and nine nuts as two were used on the pulley screw as locknuts originally. I locked them in place so the pulley can turn freely, though it didn't do that initially but functions fine now - your call is yours to make. The original components like nuts, screws, pulley, and washer are reused except for the one holding the pulley down; that got swapped out with a longer version (25mm). If you're careful, securing the fishing line to the reel holder or somewhere else on top should allow swapping in the wood piece while keeping the fishing line intact. I managed it easily on all three of them.
