Deltaprintr Replacement Carriages

The Upgrade: Replaces Deltaprintr stock carriages with stronger and more affordable alternatives... So if you own a Deltaprintr printer from Deltaprintr - they no longer sell them, by the way - you'll know that if you've serviced your printer that the carriages, which are the orange little plates holding the arms, are incredibly fragile. The cutouts where the arms screw in are very thin and only as large as the arm connectors themselves, making them extremely prone to breaking if the effector gets caught and strains the printer temporarily. They don't offer just the little plates, and at $34 plus shipping, it's quite expensive and unreasonable to buy more than $30 worth of parts for one little plate to replace a fragile plate with ANOTHER FRAGILE PLATE... So instead, I spent some time mocking up carriage plates, and as long as you still have the 5 screws, 3 nuts, 6 spacers, and 3 wheel bearings, you should be fine. Simply print these, screw them in, and slide them on. The improvement is that they do not break easily and can be easily reprinted if needed... 'carriage 1' is the back plate without the arm holes, and 'carriage 2' includes them. I'm still testing them to make sure they work because I'm refurbing my Deltaprintr into the DeltaBadass with jet black painted wood, cool lights, and a real E3D hotend - not those fake ones. BTW: Did you know that the E3D (with a little sanding) fits perfectly into the provided effector?! (the plate where all the arms are). It's a tight fit, but it works REALLY well...
