Delta-Sport GH-1384 gripper (reaching aid) repair fix

<p>The repair contest pushed me to do and publish this model. There's a plastic part (probably ABS) of the <a href="https://www.manualslib.com/manual/2177519/Delta-Sport-Gh-1384.html">gripper </a>mechanism which recently snapped in the thinnest point after several years of use (mostly to grab fallen half-rotten apples in the garden :)</p><p>Didn't strive to copy the exact shape of the original part, just the functionally relevant parts - the metal rod attachment, which needs to fit precisely so it has enough grip, the thin part moved by the “trigger”, and a spring holder. Used an octagon shape instead of round as it sits better on the plate. Printed from Prusament PETG black, fit and worked well enough on the first attempt, let's see about the durability (used as many perimeters as to make the critical thin part consist from perimeters only).</p>
