Delta Spool Holder

This adjustable spool holder is compatible with larger Delta 3D Printers. It offers a highly efficient, low-friction solution for feeding filament by utilizing six precision ball bearings. The system accommodates most spool sizes, supporting center holes ranging from 30 to 50mm in diameter. To set it up, position the spool at the center of the PVC pipe and slide the two spool plugs onto the PVC pipe on either side. Depending on the tightness of the spool plugs, you may need to add rubber bands to secure them firmly in place. Note: Two versions are available for download, utilizing bearings 625ZZ or 624ZZ. To assemble the 624ZZ holder, you will require: * A 1/2" PVC pipe cut to length * Six 624ZZ bearings * Six M4x16 SHCS screws * Four M5x10 SHCS screws For the 625ZZ holder, you will need: * A 1/2" PVC pipe cut to length * Six 625ZZ bearings * Six M5x20 SHCS screws * Four M5x10 SHCS screws Print both left and right holders, as well as two spool plugs. You may need to sand the inside hole of the plugs for a perfect fit. The plugs are designed with a 21.5mm diameter center hole.
