A single 40mm fan must be installed to cool the heat sink, secured into place via four holes located at the rear. The cooling nozzles require a self-tapping screw or alternative method that passes through them down into the effector. 5015 blowers are used in the nozzles, allowing them to sit atop without additional hardware requirements. A clamp ensures the hotend remains securely within the effector, utilizing two M3 bolts that thread into 2.5mm holes - either tapped or self-tapping screws can be used. At the bottom of the effector is a relief designed for cable transit from the heater block. Delta settings are determined by arm distances measuring 42mm. Offset measurements indicate 37mm between the centre of the effector and the rods. Probe offset measures 25mm. This prototype is an alpha product, subject to potential issues and incomplete functionality until all problems have been resolved.
