Another Traxxas Delta Rod Jig is now available for use with the Traxxas 5347 model, specifically designed for applications where a hollow ball is installed in the rod end. To assemble this jig, secure it with an M3 x 15 screw. Note that depending on your printer's specifications, you may need to drill a 3mm hole through the center of the jig to accommodate the screw. It's essential not to over-drill the hole, as this can cause the bolt to become loose. Key measurements for this Delta Rod Jig include: * The distance from the center line (c/l) of the screw to the edge of the jig is 7mm. * From the c/l of the screw to the center line of the mounting hole, it measures 11mm. * Lastly, from the c/l of the screw to the front edge of the block, the measurement is 15mm. To determine the optimal spacing for rods with a center length of 280mm, calculate the distance between blocks as follows: (280 - 15) = 265. Since each block has a fixed length of 15mm, subtract this from both sides to get 250mm as the ideal space between blocks. This Traxxas Delta Rod Jig has now been added to the collection, providing users with an essential tool for precision rod assembly and customization.
