Delta Robot v1 with four arms
thingiverse
The scale model of a 4-armed delta robot is utilized in automated manufacturing. I'm on the lookout for superior ball joints, preferably a universal one that matches with M3. If you use my design, kindly inform me as I'd love to witness your creation and share it with others who are interested. Get all parts from http://marginallyclever.com, including four sets of http://www.pololu.com/catalog/product/733, four hobby servos (I used TowerPro SG5010), an Arduino UNO or better, a 9v1a power supply, and a small breadboard. Print one end effector, four biceps, and four mounting brackets. Note that the pictures' mounting brackets are flipped on the X axis, but the model has been corrected. Assemble like in the photos, gluing servo horns onto the biceps. Upload the code from https://github.com/i-make-robots/Delta-Robot after modifying NUM_ARMS to 4. Share your experience on our forums at http://marginallyclever.com/forum/.
