<p>This is a little helper to assemble new push-rods for your delta</p><p>it is designed to fit for M3 screws</p><p>i used 6mm Rods and couplings for M3 Bolts</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>to assemble:<br><br>print 2 of the helpers</p><p>mount them on a extrusion (M4 bolts for example)<br>orientate the 2 helpers as parallel as possible</p><p>you can measure the outer holes for the bolts to look for that.</p><p>After that: bolt all of the couplings to one side, i used M3x12, directly into the part</p><p>then fit the rod and the coupling of the other side one after the other</p><p>i glued them with uhu endfest 300, with that you have enough time to assemble all rods</p><p>orientate every rod, keep fokus on aligned rods and make the couplings parallel to the base</p><p>after that: wait until the glue is hardened</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>with that method all your rods should have the same length (deviation due to theo M3 bolt and the diameter in the coupling are there)<br>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
