These are frame components for a delta printer utilizing 80/20 1010 T-Slotted aluminum extrusions, specifically designed for 1" beams (25.4mm). The vertices originate from mming1106's creation on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:208458) and have been optimized to accommodate 1x1" beams. The face surface provides easy access to motor mounting bolts via a long Allen wrench, while beam mounting is specifically designed for 80/20's button head socket screws and T-Nuts. Cable routing is simplified by accessing the vertical beam mount through a dedicated channel. To secure the top belt pulley without obstructing the bearings, a nut is attached in the first bulkhead, requiring only three washers to compensate for any gaps.
