Delta Printer Frame Vertices (1x1")

These are frame components for a delta printer utilizing 80/20 1010 T-Slotted aluminum extrusions, specifically designed for 1" beams (25.4mm). The vertices originate from mming1106's creation on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:208458) and have been optimized to accommodate 1x1" beams. The face surface provides easy access to motor mounting bolts via a long Allen wrench, while beam mounting is specifically designed for 80/20's button head socket screws and T-Nuts. Cable routing is simplified by accessing the vertical beam mount through a dedicated channel. To secure the top belt pulley without obstructing the bearings, a nut is attached in the first bulkhead, requiring only three washers to compensate for any gaps. Assembly requires the following components: * 9 horizontal and 3 vertical 80/20 1010 T-Slotted aluminum beams * 45x 80/20 button head socket screws and T-Nuts * 6x flanged bearings (10mm x 4mm x 4mm) for belt pulleys * 3x M5 bolts (35-40mm long), nuts with nylon inserts, and washers for tensioning belts * 3x M4 bolts (25mm long), nuts with nylon inserts, multiple washers for belt pulleys Sketchup files are included to facilitate assembly and design.
