Delta Printer Bed Mount (1x1")

This is a custom bed mount for a delta printer built using 80/20 1010 (1") T-Slotted aluminum extrusions. Specifically designed to work with my vertices, it also accommodates horizontal beams of 400mm (15.75") in length and assumes a bed diameter of 300mm. Beam mounting is optimized for 80/20's button head socket screws and T-Nuts. The top plates secure with two M3 button head bolts (25mm long) and nuts featuring nylon inserts. The design takes into account a bed thickness of approximately 13mm, which in my case consists of: * An aluminium base plate measuring 1/8" thick * A 4.5mm layer of cork * A 1.5mm silicone heater * Another 1/8" aluminium plate * Finished with 3mm borosilicate glass Make sure to clear out the support material found between the bolt and nut trap on the base mount. Since no additional supports are required, you're ready to print. The Sketchup file is included for further customization.
