The Delta Printer Arm Tap Jig is designed to align an M4 tap for thread cutting in .230" SW Pultruded Carbon Tube from Goodwinds.com. For Mini Kossel V-Slot, MendelMax & UltiMax kits, printed parts, delta components, filament, and electronics, visit ultibots.com. To assemble the jig, print it and use M5x20 SHCS (x2), M5 Thumb Head (x2), and M5 Jam Nut (x2). Drill a small hole with a M4 bit and expand it up to the top of the flex gap using a M6 bit without going into the little hole. Lastly, remove 2mm support above the flex gap for successful usage.
