Endstop mounts designed specifically for Kossel V-slot printers are available, remixed from Ultibots' Kossel 250 V-Slot 3D Printer endstop mounts. These mounts work seamlessly with metal corners. Compared to the standard mounts included in my printer's kit, these custom endstop mounts raise the maximum build height by 5 mm. To ensure optimal functionality, I position the connectors on each microswitch pointing upwards on either side of the pulley. The middle connector pin is carefully cut off to avoid any obstructions. To accommodate the carriage, I modify the design by raising the holes for the switch and cutting out an additional 5 millimeters. Additionally, I increase the thickness of the bracket on the switch-side from 5 mm to 6 mm, making room for wire connectors on top. Before initiating calibration, it's crucial to test your endstops and verify that your carriages can still reach them without any issues.
