Delta JT360 Jointer 4in Dust Port

I bought a used Delta JT360 Jointer that did not come with any sort of adapter for the dust chute. I found one here on Thingiverse that had a 2 inch port, but I needed one to hook up to my 4 inch dust collection system. This isn't the greatest model in the world. It could have been made to fit better. But it gets the job done and that was good enough for now. Maybe someone else will find it useful.
