A more advanced version of this plane is available at Thingiverse (thing 28266). Assemble the wings and fuselage using ABS with .30 layer height, 2 perimeters, and 2 solid layers, applying a 0-degree angle for filling wings to prevent warping. The launcher should be printed with similar settings but 3 perimeters and .35 line fill. Attach the wing halves together using super glue and add a rubber band for flight. Adjust control surfaces or add weight as needed for optimal performance. Share your results experimenting with different materials and layer heights!
