Delta G2S PSU Case/Stand
thingiverse
A case for the Geeetech delta G2S Pro 3D printer showcases impressive craftsmanship. Cutting .dxf files with a CNC router and assembling the pieces with glue reveals a meticulous approach to design. Machining the short ends of large sides with a 90-degree V-bit adds an extra layer of precision, while leaving small sides square creates a visually appealing angle that complements the overall structure. The result is a seamless fit, reminiscent of a perfectly assembled puzzle. Note: Due to the mirrored design, which involves taking the outside face of each side, users must assemble the case in a configuration that matches their printer's setup. The base is made from 1/4 inch Plexiglass, while the walls are constructed from 1/8 inch material and the mounts are built with 3/8 inch thickness. While it's theoretically possible to build the entire case using 1/4 inch material by modifying the slot in the base, this approach would require some design adjustments.
