Delta frame stabiliser - (Zonestar D810)
thingiverse
This bracket provides critical support to maintain the stability of the D810 Delta 3D Printer's frame and minimize wobble when moving at high speeds. Each component securely attaches to the M5 screw that holds the acrylic in place via an M3 screw and nut, which are threaded into the 2020 aluminium extrusion. To create a fully functional bracket, you will need to print this part six times, with three prints requiring mirrored settings. Print Settings: Printer: Zonestar D810 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 30% Notes: Print the flat side of this component facing down on the printbed for optimal results. Increasing infill levels beyond 30% will only add unnecessary weight and may compromise print quality. Based on personal testing, a 30% infill setting provides more than sufficient strength for most applications.
