Delta endstop mount
thingiverse
I'm upgrading my Zonestar D810 using 2020 metal corners bought from AliExpress, and I need to attach endstops that are adjustable as well - still a WIP. This setup should probably work OK with other Kossel-based deltas using these metal corners. Use an M4 screw and nut to attach to the existing hole in the corner piece, securing it tightly in place. Attach the endstop mount using 4 gx12mm countersunk woodscrews that fit perfectly into the holes. Self-tapping screws as supplied with the kit might work, but they don't fit snugly into the endstop holes. I removed the metal levers from my endstops because they kept falling off and were causing sloppy axles - now I get more accurate readings without them. This setup will still work if you want to keep your levers attached. To secure the endstop, I temporarily hot-glued some M3x35 screws to the carriages so that the head presses the button on the endstop. My future plan is to design an M3 adjustment screw into the carriage for a more permanent solution.
