Delta easy bed leveling
thingiverse
The only way I've found to align my delta Bed perfectly is by positioning it below the towers. However, this was impossible for me, so I designed a solution that works flawlessly. You can adjust the alignment space according to the size of the spring you're using. I cut mine very small to have a maximum of 2-3mm play with alignment. This design is specifically intended for use in V-slots measuring 20x20. The only extra component you may need that's not visible in the pictures is an additional nut to be placed below the hotbed to tighten the screw, preventing it from twisting. The twist button has space for a M3 locking nut if preferred; however, I've tested it with regular nuts without any issues. The materials required are: * 3 x M3 Countersunk head screws (approximately 16mm) for alignment * 6 x M3 Countersunk head screws (approximately 12mm) to attach the part to the frame * 3 x M3 Nuts * 12 x M3 washers * 3 small hard springs (use springs cut to size, as I did; avoid using soft springs) Tip: To simplify assembly, I used superglue to secure the nut and washers to the twist button. Print Settings: Printer: BQ Prusa I3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 1.5 Infill: 100% Notes: I printed these parts in PLA but plan to print the twist button in ABS once it's fully tested, as I suspect it may be the only component that could develop issues over time due to heat exposure. This is a work-in-progress design, and I haven't tested it with the heated bed turned on yet.
