I picked up some spare 50 mm blower fans and thought they might give better airflow than a standard 40 mm fan, so I designed a mounting system for them. I'm currently running an original E3D v6 Lite hot-end and after a few test prints it performs well on my highly customized 3KU K3000 based delta.
