Delta Dual Extruder Flying Mount

I crafted this mount to elevate my dual extruders above my hot end with precision. To ensure proper alignment, place it level with the vertical slides when the nozzle is at its zero point. I strategically positioned hook points on my slides and incorporated three attachment points on the mount for added stability. A central hook loop serves as a secure anchor for the counterbalance to attach firmly in place. Working with Black PLA can be challenging due to poor photography results, but I'm confident that this design will provide enough clarity. If you're unsure about any aspect of the build, please don't hesitate to comment and I'll be happy to address your questions. Additionally, I integrated a fan mount to direct airflow between the motors, a crucial feature to prevent overheating issues. Without it, I would recommend using ABS due to its superior heat resistance compared to PLA. With proper fan installation and operation, however, PLA remains an excellent choice for this project.
