Delta DC-380 15" Planer Dust collector. I couldn't find one of these for a decent price anywhere since my planer is old enough that they don't make one anymore. I printed it in two pieces and glued them together with E6000 and they seem to hold together really well. The port on the top is 4" but is slightly tapered so the dust collection hose will fit on easier.
