This was designed for the Delta Cart to hold most retrievers and umbrella. This is a 2 piece print that slides together. The interior place fits snuggly inside the cart the two "T's" facing the outside of the cart. The exterior piece will slide over the "T's" and come to the rest at the bottom. The LEFT or RIGHT files are from the point of view of behind the cart.
