I built my own version of cable organizer for my Tevo Little Monster delta printer because I wanted to test printing this lip design from a 3D printer myself. Most organizers were tricky to open, but one caught my eye that I thought would be perfect. Using a 0.15mm layer height, the hooks printed surprisingly well. I'd recommend scaling it up a bit for better results, though - as you can see in the pictures, it worked out okay for me. The design was meant to print in convex mode without any support.
