Delta Bracket Top x3
thingiverse
I'm redoing the Delta frame, starting with 8mm rods for the top and bottom. The uprights will be 10mm to provide extra support. I recommend printing it as a standard medium fill printed flat with supports on a raft - that's what worked for my M3D. A screw hole holds the 8mm rods in place, while the 10mm vertical rods are very snug and don't need drilling. This is version one, so be patient - I'll add more parts like custom carriages soon. It's still a work in progress, so hold on for now. I redesigned the original Delta bracket using TinkerCad to make this one. Next up will be the bottom brackets, which are identical except they have mounting holes for the stepper motors. Here are my print settings: Printer: M3D Micro Printer Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: Low Infill: Medium
