I designed a better hotbed mounting option for my Folgertech Rev B Printer, making the process of getting a level bed by adjusting endstops significantly easier. This improved mount, when used with a small spring, makes bed leveling a quick and easy process. The springs provide a small cushion for any accidental bed crashes. Additionally, this new design raises the bed around 20mm, which helps keep the heat away from the controller mounted directly below it, eliminating overheating issues I was having when printing ABS with a 110C bed temperature.
