A part cooling fan mount and nozzle for the 713Maker ball cup effector plate using a 3010 blower. I am rebuilding my old MakerLibre 1515 Mini Kossel and upgrading it along the way. I decided to go with the SeeMeCNC ball-joint effector arms and the aluminum plate from 713Maker along with their E3D V6 threaded heatsink mount kit. I first built this printer almost 10 years ago and this is the first time it's had a part cooling fan. I didn't find anything online that I liked or that was slim and did not protrude beyond the aluminum effector. I have roughly 7mm of clearance below the effector plate to the nozzle, and I need every bit to clear the small binder clips that hold the glass plate to the heat-bed. So far this is working great with just two fans (a third will be added later) and I didn't lose any printable area. 4/17/2023 Update: modified the 3010 blower mount with a cut-out to aid intake air flow and removed the countersink. File name is “effector_fan_mount_6.7.2” These work ok; there is not much room on this type of delta effector and I didn't want to lose print area/increase effector diameter, so this setup is better than nothing. The nozzles would definitely print and work much better if they were resin printed, which I will do when I get the time. Print three of each part; the blower nozzle needs to be printed with supports while the larger fan mount could use supports for the counter-bored screw hole. I designed these to have a 0.9mm wall. My print settings with a 0.4 nozzle are: 0.45 line width, 2 walls, first layer @ 0.2mm, the rest @ 0.1mm for 1.0mm top & bottom, 20% cubic infill, 40mm/s speed.
