Delta 5 Race Timer Case
thingiverse
This is a case for building the Delta 5 Race Timer for an 8-node system with two V2 printed circuit boards. You can find all the information you need about the Delta 5 at https://github.com/scottgchin/delta5_race_timer. My personal fork of the software is available at https://github.com/ScorpionTDL/delta5_race_timer. The key features of this project include a strong, 3mm shell and an 80mm fan. You will also have full access to all external connections on the Raspberry Pi, including the SD card slot. However, be careful not to power the Pi via USB, as it may damage your Pololu 5V. This system also features dual XT-60 Power input for redundant power supply. It is recommended that you use diodes with this setup. In addition to the printed parts and components needed for the Delta 5 Race Timer, you will need a few extra items. These include: * Fourteen M3 socket head screws (6 or 8 mm in diameter) * Two XT-60 male connectors * An 80mm fan * An 80mm fan grill * A 12V bec to power the fan (or an 80mm fan that can run on 5V)
