Delock 89045 Case
thingiverse
The Delock 89045 PCIE4x8 to 2x4 M.2 NVMe bifurication splitter comes in with an ugly green PCB and no proper case to hide it even slightly. While it may not matter in server builds, it does matter for builds that are publicly visible in some way. So I tried making a case for it, currently only for the "top" side of it, without restricting air flow too much. Changelog: - v37: Initial design for M3x10 screws, works but not perfect. - v42: Increased screw hole diameter to 2.75mm for wood screws on FDM, increased gap for PCIE connector, added inset for PCB to rest in. - v44: Removed screw threads from hole, adjusted hole positions to match PCB better, reduced case offset, reduced chamfer size, drastically improved stability of hexagon air holes.
