The case for Dell XPS to ISDT Smart Charger Device adapter. You need: 1x Dell XPS charging port replacement (see attached image) 3x M2.5x8 screws (update: due to the unpopularity, I will update model to M2x8) 1x XT60 female connector --- Optionally, you also need Dell XPS charger. In my case, the charging board of the laptop is dead (many thanks to Dell (not)) and I charge it via type-c port, so I have the port replacement as well as unused power charger.
