<p>My wife asked for something that allows her to block her 9315 XPS Webcam, and this was the result. It fits the laptop neatly, not too tightly, blocking the entire array of sensors at the top without interfering with the screen. I eyeballed the top angle, and did a couple of test passes to get the fit right.</p><p>Although I was initially worried the cover would interfere with the lid, it still closes just fine. As a bonus, it makes opening the laptop easier, since you now have a handle.</p><p>Yes, this version will also block the IR camera, so Windows Hello won't work. If you want, you can make a narrower version that only blocks the main webcam, and Hello will still work. We decided to cover the whole thing.</p><p>Make sure your print is free of sharp edges, and avoid sliding it too much to prevent any scratches. Since the cover is not too tight, it's easy to pull it up then place it to the side when you need to use the webcam.</p><p>0.20mm seems to work well.</p><p><strong>Use at your own risk!
