Dell WD-19 docking station USB-C power cable connector shroud
thingiverse
The WD-19 USB-C Dell Docking station power connector has a bad habit of splitting in two is caught on an edge of a table, or poorly handled. Dell acknowledge this on their support site, but do not provide a replacement. So, here is my attempt. The shroud is a fairly straight forward shell with a slot for the LED. The top part is really optional, as I discovered, you can just push down the metal USB-C connector into the shell and it wedges in there nicely. The top shell is split, as you can't easily put a cap down the cable without having to disassemble the connector, and even then, it's unlikely you can slot it down from the other end, as it has a strip like flat connector. Have a play around with it. It works pretty well as is.
