This is a holder for the small Dell USB-C mobile dock. It is really handy, but its connector cable is too short if you want to put your laptop on a stand. Without this holder it puts a lot of stress to the USB-C connector. The holder mainly acts as a strain relief for this short cable. The distance between the mounting holes is 30mm. The laptop stand used in my case is the "Millenium Laptopstand" by Thomann: https://www.thomann.de/de/millenium_laptopstand.htm I recommend M5 screws and nuts to screw it onto the stand.
