In my workshop, coworkers frequently damage equipment. One item they tend to break is the Dell TB16 Dock plug cover. The design is quite basic but it fits perfectly. I smooth out the edges by sanding them down to make it more comfortable to hold in one's hand, and then glue the cap back together. So far, after a cursory inspection, it appears to be a reliable fit. I printed it with 100% infill at .2mm layer height, with the model standing upright (the angled parts touching the build plate) without any supports.
