I reworked the design to add a more pronounced bevel to the screw holes. The images illustrate the problem with the original model. I suspect that using the wrong screws is part of the issue, but this redesign addresses my concern. To assemble it, I glued the sides to the front bezel with epoxy because purchasing screws and nuts seemed unnecessary. This housing accommodates a 3.5 inch hard drive in newer Dell servers, specifically TXXX or RXXX models only.
