Dell Server 2.5" caddy rails
thingiverse
This is a straightforward method to mount your own drives in virtually all Dell server/powervault systems. I successfully tested it on my r710, and the results were nothing short of excellent. Based on part numbers, this solution should work seamlessly in Dell r610, r710, r815, t310, r410, r510, t710, r815, m600, m605, m610, m710, m805, m1000e, and md1120 systems. You will need two of these components to mount your drives. I have designed them as individual parts so you can print multiple copies on a single plate if needed. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 Notes: I used 35% infill and honeycomb for support structures.
