Dell R710/610 SFF Drive Tray
thingiverse
Ready to assemble Dell SFF Drive tray. Everything was printed with 20% infill using basic settings and PLA material. The drive tray was modeled from scratch, based on a genuine Dell OEM drive tray design. The handle is incredibly robust and makes it effortless to pull the drive in and out of its housing. One rail features a strategically cut-out section allowing the drive to slide smoothly into the rear plane. Simply secure the assembly with 4 screws, which should be compatible with most standard screw types. The handle/connector fits snugly into the two side rails, providing additional strength to the entire unit. I happened to have these spare parts on hand from a previous project: https://www.ebay.com/itm/-/180999268972
