Dell Precision Laptop Fan stand

Very special interest build: Cooling stand for Dell Precision 7540 Laptop with forced air flow My Dell CAD-Laptop works nice but has some very annoying fan sounds when working CAD assemblies Therefore I built a laptop stand with a (silent) 120mm fan forcing air through the laptop. This minimize the rpm of the laptop internal fans Additional benefit: I adjusted the height of the top corner of the laptopn (and camera) to match the 27" monitors next to it. Third addition: I integrated a case for some white LED-Strips to help illuminate the face in online calls. So, as stated before, very special interest, but maybe someone else has the same needs. The cooling stand works also fine without all the light stuff on top, just print the two parts (blue) body right and body left. A 120mm fan mounts to the back, pressing cold air into the bottom air ducts of the laptop. I added some self-adhesive foam to seal the connection face The long screws for the lamp stuff are M6 x 130mm, i used 10mm LED-Strips and a touch sensor connected to an arduino for light control. Touchsensor: https://amzn.eu/d/9UjfKdp Use copier paper as diffusor for the LED strips The complete lamp could be flipped down to live invisible behind the laptop monitor. All parts prints without support, I used PLA, worked great. All parts fit on a 20 x 20 x 20cm printer I also included the models in Step-format, if you want to change something. Have fun, Sebastian
