Dell Monitor Stand to VESA 100 Adapter
thingiverse
Remix of a remix of a Dell monitor stand to VESA mount adapter. Reused the overall geometry, location and size of mounting holes, Changes: * Wanted only the VESA 100 pattern, so removed more material from the center. * Flattened it to move the stand closer to the panel like a Dell monitor. * As part of flattening, eliminated screw head countersinks. The Dell stand has about 4.5mm of space at the 100mm VESA points anyway. * Resized holes for a tight fit with M4 screws. * Added holes in the rim behind the bottom mount fingers. The second STL is a peg that fits in the holes under the mount to retain the stand. It's just a tapered rectangle to press-fit in place as a shim. Print two if you want to use them. The monitor will hang fine without them, but this way if you grab the screen it can't come loose. The pegs probably need to be rotated to sit flat on the print bed. If you look closely or pay attention to the slicer's preview, you'll see that the STL has a cut around the screw holes. It is too small to actually be realized in the print (.05mm) but causes the slicer to put extra walls there for reinforcement against screw pressure. Gave it a 2mm indent to account for screw heads.
