Dell Latitude 5400 USBC Stiffener

I had a frustrating experience with my USBC-Dock adapter, which was consistently unreliable, often tilting slightly and resulting in disconnections. To address this issue, I designed a stiffener that attaches to the power plug and half of the USBA connector, then wraps around the laptop from behind to securely hold the cable in place. Since I'm using my dock to supply power and multiple USB-A connections, this modification doesn't compromise functionality. The stiffener seamlessly integrates with the cable, making it effortless to unplug and reinsert as needed. Since implementing this solution, I've encountered no issues whatsoever. This design was printed with a deliberate -0.2mm offset, resulting in a reduced scale that enhances overall stability.
