That PLA material is extremely rigid - it doesn't compress easily like ABS - so a post with a diameter of 4.05mm (due to excess extrusion) will not slide smoothly into a 4mm hole. Therefore, the one that works better is this: Pivot-post dia. = 3.6mm.
